The CINS bit seems wrong in the MMCHS0 MMCHS_PSTATE register in the XAM3359

I'm getting a different bit changing in the MMCHS0 MMCHS_PSTATE register
than documented. It's supposed to be bit 16, CINS, but bit 18 is the bit that
is changing when the uSD card is inserted and removed. Little-endian vs
big-endian arrangement doesn't seem to explain this, since both of these
bits are in the same nibble and their positions have no symmetry.
This is with ball C15 pin-muxed as MMC0_SDCD.
