I cannot find release 3 for OMAP-L137 and I don't know how to get montavista software(pro-host-arm_v5t_le-0702774.iso,lsps-arm_v5t_le_uclibc-0702774.iso,devrocket-0702794.iso,src-pro-0702774.iso,docs-pro-0702774.iso).
THANKS!

Release 3 is not ready yet, but it should be available soon. EA2 is still the latest version available.

We do not have a time frame for Montavista Software including OMAP-L137 drivers yet.
We do have it for other processors:
http://focus.ti.com/docs/toolsw/folders/print/tmdsdvspba9.html
But it does not include software adapted for OMAP-L137. I would not try to mix the package from TI and the one for Montavista.
When i read 1.3.1. Setting up Linux Workstation for Montavista pro 5.0 in InstallGuide_Linux_OMAPL1xx.pdf,I want to know how to download the required Montavista packages(pro-host-arm_v5t_le-0702774.iso,lsps-arm_v5t_le_uclibc-0702774.iso,devrocket-0702794.iso,src-pro-0702774.iso,docs-pro-0702774.iso).

Can you please tell us where you got this document from (link would be great!)? I looked under www.ti.com/myregisteredsoftware where customers typically go to get software updates for OMAPL1 and did not readily see this document. If this is a TI provided doc, we may need to correct it.
FYI, the iso files mentioned above are available in MV Zone; however, access to MontaVista Zone requires purchase of DVSPB software bundle Mariana mentioned above. Additionally, files in MV Zone do not currently have any OMAPL1 specific support; this is the reason we do not have a DVSPB bundle for OMAPL1 yet. Hence with regards to OMAPL1, all these files would provide you at this point is a base MV Distro on top of which you can develop OMAPL1 drivers (something which will eventually be available thru DVSPB package).
However, there is another path to getting MV Pro 5 distro along with OMAPL1 drivers which is available now (no need to wait for DVSPB) and this is thru our www.ti.com/myregisteredsoftware (assuming you have registered).
So you may be asking yourself why provide two paths and what is the difference between the two? via TI site, you will be able to get base MV pro Distro + OMAPL1 specific updates and is free. Thru MV Zone, you will be able to get base MV Pro Distro + OMAPL1 updates, + non-OMAPL1 updates (e.g. security patches, upadtes to gdb, kgdb...) but it costs additional $$. However, as MV Zone does not have OMAPL1 support yet, I would stick to TI site for now (www.ti.com/myregisteredsoftware)
I hope this helps clear things up a bit.
The documents(InstallGuide_Linux_OMAPL1xx.pdf and others) are from dsplink_1_61/doc.I want to know how to download the required Montavista packages(pro-host-arm_v5t_le-0702774.iso,lsps-arm_v5t_le_uclibc-0702774.iso,devrocket-0702794.iso,src-pro-0702774.iso,docs-pro-0702774.iso) which InstallGuide_Linux_OMAPL1xx.pdf mention .
