OMAP-L137 DSPlink 1.61 cannot download ,the velocity is very slow

Sometimes the servers can be slowed down or down all together for a while. I just downloaded (from a cable modem) Link 1.61 from here and it came in fast for me, perhaps it is worth trying again? I have heard of bandwidth problems in Asia but in the US the servers generally get some good bandwidth.

I'm in Asia.I cannot dowanload it,though i try many times.
