Peripheral booting via USB

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS65920, OMAP3525

The "Applications Processor Initialization" section of the TRM has a Caution note regarding HS USB booting.  The hardware design I'm targeting is currently using the TPS65920 as the USB transceiver.  The USB interface of TPS65920 is connected to hsusb0 of the OMAP3525; the Power Management interface of the 65920 is connected to I2C1 of the OMAP; and the Smart Reflex interface of the 65920 is connected to I2C4 of the OMAP.  Will these connections allow periperal booting via HS USB?  The note specifically says I2C1 must be used, but our design seems to show that I2C1 goes to Power Management, not USB interface.

Yes, the I2C connections you have described are correct between the OMAP35xx and the TPS65920.  The General Purpose I2C interface of the TPS65920 provides access to all device control function except for SmartReflex, which is used by the SmartReflex I2C interface.
