ICE rev2 CPSW driver not working

I'm trying to get the EtherNet/IP example working on the ICE rev2 board using the on-board MAC CPSW. I have changed the jumpers J18 and J19 to use pins 1 & 2. I have also modified the EtherNet/IP build to define USE_CPSW_DRIVER. Has anyone successfully tested the CPSW driver for the ICE rev2 board? I'm using CCS 5.4.0.00091, Industrial SDK 1.1.0.1, and NDK 2.22.3.20.
