PWRM about OMAP138

Hi,I don't understand what these properties mean.Is there any document describing these properties?

Now I'm trying my codes about Mcbsp,EDMA and DSPLINK.I find it is different when enable or disable PWRM Manager.And it is also different when enable or disable V/F scaling support.

Could you give me some suggestion?
