Noise problem during voice call with Bluetooth

We are using OMAP4430 with TWL6040 codec on android 4.2.2

 

During the voice call with bluetooth device connected we are hearing noise in both BT_VX_UL & BT_VX_DL paths.

During this path we are using McBSP1 & cross verified the PCM all data seems proper.

Other points to share here

1. Audio quality is good during Voice call on handset & headset

2. Their is no issue on the multimedia path for the Bluetooth, Handset & Headset

 

Please, share any valuable feedback which help me to fix the issue.

    How can you verify it is not hardware cross-talk noise?

    Hi Boyko,

    Thanks for your reply.

    We are configuring the McBSP as below

    1) We are configuring McBSP1 for BT
    2) TX data driven on rising edge of bit clock
       and RX data sampled on falling edge of bit clock
    3) PCM Sampling Settings are as below
    For BT_VX_UL :
            sampling frequency= 8000,
            sampling format = STEREO_MSB,
    For BT VX_DL:
            sampling frequency= 8000,
            sampling format = MONO_MSB,
     
    We are not able to dump the data during the BT voice call path refering the below URL "http://www.omappedia.com/wiki/Audio_Drive_Arch"
     
    Please, suggest the mechanism to dump the data during the BT Voice call.
    We are able to dump using VX_REC in case of Normal voice call (Hand Set ).
     
    We modify the TX & RX data line in OMAP4 ABE to resolve noise issue during normal voice call caused/occured because of Modem issue.
     
    Even if we revert back the changes to the default one; noise is still perciable during the BT voice call.
     
    Noise is perciable during/through out the BT voice call. It seems to us it is a constant noise
     
    Please, share your suggestion with us.

    We are able to solve our issue thanks for all the help from form by doing proper setting in McBSP
