 Hi all ,

We are intrested to develop some linux based mobile applications along embedded applications with OMAP 3430 (ZOOM MDK) .

So that we need GSM/GPRS stack ,any body knows will TI provides GSM/GPRS stack along hardware OMAP 3430 (ZOOM MDK) ?

Because it contains in built GSM/GPRS modem in OMAP 3430 (ZOOM MDK) .

if not where can we get OMAP 3430 (ZOOM MDK) compatible GSM/GPRS Stack.?

    Unfortunately I do not know of any plans for TI to offer a GSM/GPRS stack, note that the OMAP3430 is actually a vertical part meant only for large cellular OEMs (as opposed to the OMAP3530 which is similar but targeted at most any application), so usually support for such devices, and such cellular software, would not be on a forum like this, but at a local TI contact level. If you have a local TI contact who is able to provide information on the OMAP3430 you will want to work with them to see what options are available in the way of cellular modem software.

    Hi,

     Look at www.omapzoom.org for information about the ZOOM MDK. It contains a GSM/GPRS module inside which can be accessed via the serial interface.
