VPSS M3 drops exactly 500 frames

To whom it concerns:

We have an implementation using a PAL video signal on VIN0 where we get that the VPSS M3 processor drops exactly 500 frames randomly in a time-period of 40minutes. This repeats itself thereafter; e.g. will drop another 500 frames in a time-period of 40minutes. We are using the DM8168 processor in a custom design. The following link has a simular but not exact problem with dropped frames:

 
I see that TI employees assisted with a remote debug session, can we request some simular support on this issue.
