DM8168 advisory 1.1.38, silicon revision 2.1

hi,

we have DM8168 silicon revision 2.1. We are having a problem very similar to what reported in advisory 1.1.38 (maybe the same), but we were sure that that problem was solved in revisions >=2.0.

So we wonder if the advisory 1.1.38 is valid also for revisions >=2.0. Or it could be another problem, although very similar
