Program "make" is not found in PATH

I made some changes in project settings:

1. Created a new environment variable as CCS_UTILS_DIR

2. Changed the build command as ${CCS_UTILS_DIR}/bin/gmake -k

Now it gives another error as gmake: *** No rule to make target `demo.out', needed by `all'. since makefile has missing parts.

I had personally ran the starterware examples of OMAP-L138 in CCS version5 many times without any problem.

So, you should also be able to run them successfully. In the TI WIKI link below, step by step instructions are given for importing existing projects into CCS. Please have a look at it.

If it still doesnot solve your problem, please do reply with more information like name of the examples e.t.c.,

I exactly follow the instructions at the link. All the examples give the same error. Below link specifies it more clearly:

To look your problem more closer, let us know your Host PC details ( Windows or Linux? ) as well as your set up details ( either with cygwin or without e.t.c. ) as per your posted link.

And also, Would you please take a screenshot with error messages and post it here?

Host PC OS: Windows 7 32-bit

CCS Version: 5.1.0.09000 without Cygwin installed.

I encountered another error after changing Compiler Version to TI v4.9.1 and select the 'Use default build command' option.

Able to build the grlibrary in CCS version 5 on Windows 7 machine. Would you please check the path variables, include options, file search path for libraries and location of linked resources, source code files are appropriate.
