DM355 - unable to write into NAND flash using boot utils

Hello

 

We have a newly designed board on DM355 and we are not able to flash the UBL & Uboot into the NAND flash using boot utils.

I am using the following boot loader and the following procedure.

DM35x_FlashAndBootUtils_1_50

First we are setting the jumpers with GIO67 and GIO66 (set high for boot from UART) . Then we are getting the BOOTME message on the UART terminal.

We close the terminal and type the following commands at command prompt.

sfh_DM35x.exe -nanderase

We get the following message.

Nand_Open() failed  

We have checked the DDR interface and it is working fine. Does anyone have a sample program which can be running from DDR and we can write repeateadly in the NAND flash. We need this program to check whether there is an issue with the NAND flash interface.
