Upgrade SYSBIOS 1.1.0.3 SDK but XDS100v2 error

Hi,

I have upgrade 1.0.0.8 SDK to 1.1.0.3 SDK and installed the SYSBIOS 6.35.04.50 Real Time Operating System .

and CCS Version is 5.2.0.00069 and HW version of AM335x ICE is V1.0A.

When I run the ethercat_slave project first, and then I got the following message when I want to connect ICE by CCS again.

"IcePick_D_0: Error connecting to the target: (Error -151 @ 0x0) One of the FTDI driver functions used during the connect returned bad status or an error. The cause may one or more of: invalid emulator serial number, blank emulator EEPROM, missing FTDI drivers, faulty USB cable. Use the xds100serial command-line utility in the 'common/uscif' folder to verify the emulator can be located. (Emulation package 5.0.681.0) "

And I run the xds100serial.exe to verify my ICE, It show as following:

How can I fix the ICE board, so that CCS can connect to it.
