I took a waveform attached by the setting of: ([sr1 sr0] = [0:1]) = "Fast".

For DDR3 access waveform attachment has occurred periodically.

Would you have any related to the fact that you have changed the sr1 and sr0?

There are many "knobs" you can turn in terms of tuning the DDR interface.  You can simulate the effects of these various options (like slew rate, etc.) using the IBIS models.  The following wiki page is intended to help you correlate various options inside the processor with the corresponding IBIS model options:
