Shift in video output

Hi,
I have custom DM368 board and connected YUV sensor 720p/16bit YCBCR.
I have modified the TVP7002 driver to accommodate the sensor but there is a shift in the output video.
I have attached a snapshot.
What could be the reason for the shift.
