AM335x ZCZ single-sided PCB layout

Hi,

Do we have any known AM335x ZCZ ref-design or recommendations on a single-sided PCB? Multiple layers are OK of course, but due to space constraints ALL of the components need to be on one side of the PCB.

    I'm not aware of anyone that has attempted to build a PCB for a AM335x based system with all the components on one side.  Placing all the components on one side may significantly reduce the performance of your system because you cannot properly decouple the power supplies without capacitors on the back side of the PCB directly under BGA packaged devices.
