Encode in h264 and save it mp4

Hi TI,

I have a raw YUV420 file, with the help of ./encode_a8host_debug.xv5T I encoded it to h264 format and was able to save that in .264 file.

I want to encoded a raw YUV420  to h264 and save that in mp4 file.

Note: I want it to be done using OMX API's not using Gstreamer.

Is this possible ?
