Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SYSBIOS

In SPRUGY8, 2.2, Configuring L2 Cache, it states that "If DSP/BIOS is used, L2 cache is enabled automatically." 

Is this a true statement? I cannot find any reference of this in the documents. And I think it is wrong, because my application makes use of SYSBIOS, and I am pretty sure L2 cache is not turned on unless it is explicitly enabled.

    Hi Daniel,

    You are right. The L2 cache is not enabled automatically when DSP/BIOS is used.

    We will update this in our Lit Bug system and they will be corrected on the next revision of the document.
