Letter boxing on YUV

I am currently working on YUV Re-sizing and want to add functionality like - "Letter boxing" to it (i.e adding black bars to either sides of the YUV or to add black bars at the top and bottom of the YUV).

My target is Big endian.

For Re-sizing I am already using big endian version of TSU and seeing the expected results. For the "Letter boxing", which demands me to create - "Black bars" , I am trying to know if there are any specialized functions supported from TI.

Hi Nikhil, we don't have a specialized function for YUV padding.

Hi Paula,

Does TSU support placing the re-sized picture in the middle of the output buffer ? By this I mean defining something like a region of Interest (RoI) while placing the resized output ?

Hi Nikhil, checking the TSU CCS project I don't see any ROI option for output buffer. It seems that you would need to do it in your side.
