Aspect ratio conversion from 16:9 to 4:3 on DM816x

Hi,

I am trying to change default aspect ratio 16:9(1920x1080) to 4:3(1440x1080) for vider capture on DM816x.
What are the necessary setting parameters I need to change..?
I tried enabling scaler and updated VpsHal_ScConfig and Vps_ScCoeffParams structers
with modified Height(1080) and Width(1440) info but it is not reflected and I am still capturing 1920x1080 only.
Please tell me what addtional steps I need to follow.
