where i have to set entry point 0x11800000?

I have to just write this entry point in -e field in build option.

_c_int00 is the name of the symbol of the C environment entry point.
Setting the c_int00 Address to a Fixed Location either way can do,

Using DSP/BIOS
Using SYS/BIOS
Not using SYS/BIOS or DSP/BIOS - You should be able to specify the address using the linker command file.
