I am using AM1808, we have developed custom board in that we have migrated NAND flash to MT29F2G08ABAEAWP,
I have burned the ubl_AM1808_NAND.bin and u-boot.bin files in nand using sfh_OMAP-L138.exe tool,
i have included

#define CONFIG_CMD_NAND_TRIMFFS
#define CONFIG_CMD_NAND
in da850evm.h in uboot and compiled
but the problem is its showing I/O error, the log as
AM1808 initialization passed!

The NAND flash used in AM1808 is Micron MT29F4F08AAC and my NAND device was MT29F2G08ABAEA, the deference between was
1) Evm uses 4GB and now i placed 2GB
2) Time out was different
3) My NAND flash uses ONFI interface
4) And obviously the Device ID was different but same manufacturing ID.
I have also verified if there is support for NAND device in /u-boot/drivers/mtd/nand_ids.c file, and the NAND device has the support.
can any one please tell what the remaining have to add to uboot.
