AIF2 Timer Precision

Hi

I am currently using AIF2 timer for getting a 0.5 ms LTE Time slot interrupt for pushing and popping packets. For synchroization purpose, I am counting the number of LTE time slots every 120 ms.

Though the number of LTE time slots in 120 ms should come out to be 240, I am getting it close to 300 time slots.

Is it expected to get this kind of deviation in AIF2 timer?

Please comment on the precision of the AIF2 timer.

    Hi,

    the AIF2 AT should work correctly on nano second level if your clock and MMR configuration is correct.

    Please check your ref clock frequency, AIF2 SERDES PLL setup and AT configuration again.

    you can also show me your AT setup if you think there is no problem about your clock.
