TAM-3517 Technexion source code android 4.1.2

Hi Guys,

I had a SOM ( TAM 3517) of Technexion.

I will connect on this SOM a 3G modem via USB ( ftdi) .

So I have to integrate the RIL source code of the modem  into the source code android of this SOM

Do you know where i can download the android 4.1.2 source code dedicated to the SOM (TAM 3517) ?

Do you have documentation about how to build this android source code ?

And do you have documentation about how to integrate a RIL into the android source code ?
