Reboot DM8168 PCIe EP

According to above link, this should work on 8168 EP.

Could anyone provide correct procedure to reboot DM8168 PCIe EP, without RC reboot?

I have tried to reboot DM816x (EP) itself, without RC reset.

but after that PCIe link was disconnected.

Is it possible to reboot DM816x (EP) all other HW but except  PCIe ?

we have this on TI other DSP pcie device, so I think it should be work as well.
