Can DM368 get RAW 12bit data using SAV, EAV from CMOS?

I read DM368_VPFE documentation.

At page45, DM368 provides a method to trasfer YCbCr-4:2:2 formattted, digital video data over an 8/10-bit wide interface.

But, CMOS Sensor outputs 12bit raw data. I want to use SAV, EAV mode in DM368.

How can I get 12bit raw data using SAV, EAV in DM368? Is it possible?
