DM6437 with ccs 3.3

Hi,

I have a some problem with installation of EVM tools for DM6437, I'm trying to install DM6437 EVM Drivers and Target content from Spectrum Digital official CD, and I accept the following error : "Error reading setup initialization file". How I can solve this issue?


---------- Steps to reproduce ----------

I install this on windows xp.

1.Insert TMS320DM6437 DSP Platform Code Composer Studio EVM v3.3 IDE installation disk from Spectrum digital in your hard drive.
2. Click on  "Install Products".
3. Click on C6000 CODE COMPOSER STUDIO v3.3, this will install the code composer v3.3
4.click on FlashBurn , after this you need to download FlashBurn 3 from http://www.softwaredesignsolutions.com, if I understood right.
5. after this click on DM6437 EVM Drivers and Target Content, after this step I accept the error window "Error reading setup initialization file".
