Can I use other board's on board emulator as an external emulator for my DSP?

I have C6748 LCDK and KIT EXPERIMENTER F28035 . Can i use KIT EXPERIMENTER F28035's on board emulator for programming C6748 LCDK ?

    No, you cannot use the on-board emulator of one device to the other.

    On board emulator is device specific, you can not use it for external emulator for DSP.
