Hi,
Am using my custom board TMS320C6745 with XDS 100 USB V1 EMULATOR , all my boards are working except one kit . so i sure about software, gel file, my design are all good at working condition.,
Only one board has problem in connecting , i found that initially all the signals like TCK,TMS,TDI are all high in 74HC08, Once i start debug active project, the following signal are not at correct i think so .
ft2232 12th pin - OE in my schematics - getting low
tlc393 1st pin - CLR in my schematics - getting low
74c08 1stpin - TCK in my schematics - getting low...
hence the code composer studio tell the error message that

Error connecting to the target:
Error 0x80000244/-2131
Fatal Error during: Register, Initialization, OCS,
Cannot access register at 0x00000000
"
kindly help me ...... for reason ft2232 ic 12th pin oe is getting low ????
