after I inslall the CCS5.1 and MCSDK, I find out that there is no nsp component in my ccs. shoule I download the nsp component? or the MCSDK version is too older?

Please mention the version of MCSDK? Which is the target device?
If you are using C6657 or C667x series, refer the BiosMulticoreSDK_2.1_UserGuide.pdf
MCSDK have the NDK package with NIMU driver code. I think so, it will be enough for network transport without NSP.
You can find the Network Developer's Kit(NDK) Package at the below path,
