I'm trying to program the DDR3 registers in a TMS320C6671. I'm looking for the sprabl2.zip mentioned in the SPRABL2A.pdf. I have searched TI's website and the link provide is broken. FYI the link is...

Hi,

Is there an update to the sprabl2.zip files to support 4Gbit DDR3 running at 1600M?

I'm using 4, 16-bit wide, 4Gbit DDR3s to implement a 64-bit DDR3 interface on the TMS320C6678.

Hi Noam,

As per usage note 14 in the C6678 errata document, the DDR3 interface is limited to a maximum transfer rate of 1333 MT/s.

Since the recent release of document sprabl2 (KeyStone I DDR3 Initialization (Rev. E) ) it would appear that the embedded link to the calculation spread sheet is once again broken: www.ti.com/.../sprabl2

Could you let me know where to download it from?

Hi Simon,
I'm sorry for the problem. I checked the link and it had some additional characters which were causing it to fail. Those have been removed. Try the link again and see if that helps.
