Where is XDS100v2 driver for CCS for Sitara AM335x Starter Kit?

Hi,

I want to use GNU compiler in CCS with Sitara AM335x Starter Kit: The computer has Ubuntu 12.04, 32 bit OS. I install CCS 5.3.0 as described in sitara-linuxsdk-sdg-06.00.00.00.pdf, which is bundled with ti-sdk-am335x-evm-06.00.00.00. Only GNU compiler is selected as the instruction says. In the end, a simple C project can be built, but I cannot make a target using the kit built-in XDS100v2. Please see the picture below. There is no XDS100v2 option.

Under ti folder, there is not setup driver script folder. Please see the picture:

I want to download the code to the Starter Kit debug. How to resolve the problem?
