How to load application from host for AM335x Starter Kit?

Hi,

As I know, OMAP L138LCDK can load compiled app from the host to a target as the link shows:

In that example, one can compile a hello world C program and load it to the target.

I have check Sitara SDCard SDK. On the host console, it does not recognize any command, such as l, etc.\

Is there any pre-built SDCard binaries for AM335x SK for the above same purpose? If no, could you tell me the info source on how to make one on AM335x SK?
