Has there been any efforts done to enable the CLCD (Character LCD or LIDD) capability of the AM335x LCD controller in the Linux driver?
Interest is in connecting the AM335x LCDC to a i8080 interface display.
There appears to be some capability in the Linux SDK for a device that has a similar IP module in it, ie. OMAP-L137. I wanted to see if there is any effort that has already been done which can be leveraged.
