DM365 PRTCSS module in external reset mode

Hi all,

I want to verify PWRCNTON and PWRST function pins state in PRTCSS module. In external reset mode, datasheet said needed to pull high on PWRCNTON(M2) and pull low on PWRST(M3). May I explain that pull high means we could connect PWRCNTON to 1.2V、1.8V or 3.3V  to each one of power supply domain? Just got value 1 to represent a high signal? But the concern was power supply domain of PWRCNTON belonged with 1.2V. When I connect PWRCNTON to 1.8V or 3.3V that had any damage on DM365?
