AM335x low GPIO hysteresis

Hi engineers

We are using GPIO inputs on AM3358ZCZ, using inputs GPIO3_18 to GPIO3_21 (3.3V domain).
According to the data sheet (sprs717f page 93) the hysteresis voltage shall be between 0.265V to 0.440V for VDDSHVx=3.3V.
When we measure we have a hysteresis between 172mV to 197mV.
On GPIO3_20 we have as low as 38mV.

Q: Why these low hysteresis voltages, they are 100mV lower than the spec?

Q: Why does GPIO3_20 deviate from the other, having only 38mV hysteresis?
