why vp5150 captured video is not white enught,it's grey?

Could you check 3.21.13 Outputs and Data Rates Select Register?

Not only 'white not white', but also 'black not black' ...

Ensure the YCbCr output code range = 1

Sorry we are not able to use QQ when at work. 

Also try to change the value of below registers:

3.21.10 Color Saturation Control Register

3.21.11 Hue Control Register

   0Dh = 47h , and that means YCbCr output code range = 1, we have change  hue, brightness, saturation, and sharpness  regs value, we found only the default looks  better.

    Our chip is tvp5150am1,from the datasheet(3.21.13 Outputs and Data Rates Select Register):

Reserved  YCbCr output code range    CbCr code format    YCbCr data path bypass       YCbCr output format

0x47  means  YCbCr output code range = 1 , is that all right ?
