some question about sass in netcp.

Hi,

I have some question about sass module in dsp6678.

I want to use sa to do 3gpp encryption/decryption like snow3g.Now I have downloaded the salld.But I saw web page(http://software-dl.ti.com/sdoemb/sdoemb_public_sw/salld/02_00_02_00/index_FDS.html) say that I must get the ETSI lisence befor I use it to do 3gpp enencryption/decryption.So I have some question:

1. If I must get the ETSI lisence befor I use it to do 3gpp  enencryption/decryption?What is the 3gpp enable package?Is it a software of cipher including snow3g?If I just want to use cipher of snow3g but I have no 3gpp enable package. is it ok? 

2. What is the relationship between proto(link 3gpp, srtp,..) and cipher(aes, snow3g, ..) ?

 3. I think the cipher (like: snow3g, aes and so on)  is done by hardware logic of sa.But What is the useful of src in directory(drv/sa/src/cipher/)?
