c6657's emif interface can not output ce,wr,oe signals

hello,my  c6657 can connect  to  jtag,but  emif  interface can not output  signals,is the dsp damaged ? and why  it is so easy to damage?

    Connection with JTAG indicates that the part is powered and released from reset. There is an EMIF interface for the DDR3 and an EMIF16 interface for asynchronous memories. Both need to be configured before they will operate. Have you configured the control registers?
