OMAP4460(Jorjin ATCN SOM) booting issue

Hi All,

  We are developing custom board, has SOM module(Jorjin OMAP4 ATCN module) this includes  OMAP4460,  TWL6032,  TPS623X.  we are working on board bring in Linux platform. while booting. boot process hangs.

Below I am pasting boot log. Pls suggest us on this.  

Note : we are using "arm-2010q1-202-arm-none-linux-gnueabi-i686-pc-linux-gnu" tool chain.

    I have looked your post and my suggestions are:

    - Have you applied the LPDDR2_Kernel_Patch_for_ATCE_Module.patch in your source file?

    You can obtain the patch through the link - http://59.124.231.13/images/e/ef/LPDDR_Path_for_ATCE.tar.gz

    There are differences between the different versions of Jorjin OMAP4 modules, depending on the installed OMAP4 CPU and memory. The several versions need a patch for u-boot. However your u-boot stage seems correct.

    In addition, you can check the function static void sr_classp5_calib_work(struct work_struct *work) in arch/arm/mach-omap2/smartreflex-class1_p5.c file.

    When I boot Android the booting process ends with:

    Thank you very much for your valuable response.

    We are using Jorjin ATCN omap4 module. also making changes in Linux kernel as per above suggestions.

    One more Clarification we required pls help us.

    using Linux kernel image and android root file system board is booting up to promt . but when use same linux kernel image with Panda board minimal FS OR  Panda board minimal FS validation OR  even tried with our newly created root file system. booting stops as shown in above pasted log.  

    Pls share your views on this.
