I have a device based on DM3730 processor running linux 3.2 with 26MHz oscillator. I've got this issue :

So I tried to build a kernel by myself with this patch

It solved the issue, so my question is what is the status of this issue, solved in newer kernels? If yes from which version? If not is there any plan to patch it?
