Hi!
I'm new to working with dsp. Although i have a little background working with hardware my main knowledge is in software. I have a C implementation of a g711 codec wich i am able to test using a script wich loads several files, procces them and then compares the results with another file containing the right output. I am using code composer studio to try to run this code on a C5502 ezDSP proccessor but im not quite sure how to do it. I would like to develop a test frame to be able to do modifications to the source code (optimizations) and be able to test it repeatedly after each change. I have been reading and found a GEL file could be helpful but i havent been able to implement it since i found tutorials but for older code composer studio versions so I havent been able to follow them,
