Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMS320C5515
Hello all,
I am a 3rd year EE student at University of Manchester. I just discovered the world of DSP and as my first project I am trying to make the TMS320C5515 eZDSP USB Stick board to output to the headphone jack a *.wav file from the microSD card. I understand the aic3204 codec and how to use it but I don't understand how the C5515 DSP processor communicates with the SD card. If someone can give me some hints or code examples on how to read a *.wav file from the SD card I would much appreciate it! I did not find the SD example provided with the board very helpful for my project.
