FFTC on EVMK2H board with 66AK2H14 processor

Does the 66AK2H14 KeyStone 2 processor have a FFTC coprocessor?  There are some hints that FFTC is supported (e.g., the presence of /opt/ti/pdk_keystone2_3_00_03_15/packages/ti/csl/device/k2h/src/cslr_device.h, and some test code), but the product page (http://www.ti.com/lsds/ti/dsp/keystone_arm/66ak2hx/products.page) does not list a hardware FFT accelerator (unlike the product page of the KeyStone 1).  Also, I cannot power on the CSL_PSC_PD_FFTC_01 voltage domain (unlike the 10 GbE, hyperlink, and SRIO voltage domains).
