Anyone else have any issue w/ ordering DM38x EVM/IPNC w/ Appro ?

My company has ordered the DM385IPNC-AR0331 from Appropho.com website and the credit card been charged for the purchase.  however no communication from appro has occurred over the past 3 weeks.  Tried to contact appro several times w/o any success...  anyone else have any issues?
