can i use up to 1TB of ddr3 memory (LPAE) in OMAP 5?

And the memory controller, is it flexible? Can i change the parameters (ras, cas, etc)?

    Hello,

    The Cortex A15 itself supports the LPAE.

    But you can connect to the EMIF memory with up to 2GB density per chip select providing a total SDRAM space of 8GB addressable by the MPU extended address range.

    You cannot connect 1TB of DDR3 directly to omap device.
