Whenever I research about VLIB algorithms, I see that there is a document named as SPRUG00E which seems to be a detailed API reference for VLIB. I have tried to find this document online but I cannot found it. Although there is some documentation in chm format which comes with VLIB's package, it explains the library roughly and is not useful. Where above document could be found?
As an another question, some people on forums talking about examples on VLIB library usage. For example, connected components usage is explained on VLIB_testConnectedComponents.c. But I neither find examples in VLIB's package nor in the TI's web site. Could you please assist me on this issue?
