I`ll use 3 microphones with DVEVM dm6446 board... There are 2 AUDIO-INs on board.
But I`m not sure that the board can work with 3 mics without problems and each AUDIO-IN would be stereo ..

Yes, 3 mics should be possible with the DM6446 and AIC33 found on the EVM, however, there is no connector on the EVM for the third mic, so you would need to do some mods to the EVM to support this.

and i have another question.. that is the each connector for microphone is stereo or mono type??
The Technical Reference Guide available at http://c6000.spectrumdigital.com/davincievm/revf/ describes the hardware on the EVM in detail and includes schematics. By lookging at the schematics, you should see that P3 connector has two inputs; the LINE-IN input provides stereo input while the MIC input does not, though it would be easy to change the circuitry to have stero MIC input; however the EVM was not designed this way.
