AM335x EVM hardware schematics

I want to write a small demo that will access/use some of the LEDs/Push buttons on the AM335x EVM. I've noticed there seem to be two rows of LEDs (D1-D8 & D9-D16) and also a group of switches (SW1-SW6). I'd like to interact with these but I can't seem to find schematics on how they're hooked up to the processor.

So I need confirmation that these are NC and can be used as I desire. I really need are schematics for this board, but failing that, are there any demos/Wiki's on interacting with the buttons/LEDs?

I found the HW user guide: http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/AM335x_General_Purpose_EVM_HW_User_Guide

But it didn't seem to call anything from the PCB out.

  • You can find the schematics for the GP EVM boards at the following site: http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/AM335xBoards

See the link under the General Purpose EVM section for PCB Files.

This should have the information that you need.  You may also need signal mapping information for the CPLD (which is on this same page) since some of the signals go through the CPLD the aid with pinmuxing from the AM335x processor.
