C6678 EVM board thickness

Can anyone help us find out how the board thickness shown on page one of "TMDXEVM6678L_EVM_A102-1.pdf" adds to 62 mils?!?!...

1 oz = 1.37 mils

0.5oz is the layer thickness. For total board thickness, you also need to add prepreg and core thickness.
